What we collect
- Name, email address and delivery address when you place an order.
- What you ordered, what it cost and when it was paid.
- What you wrote to us, including the specification and message in a custom request.
- If you withdraw from a purchase on the website: your name, order number or other identification, the email address for the acknowledgement, your note, the time, and the IP address it was sent from. It is kept as proof of when the withdrawal was made.
- Technical information from your visit, see Cookies.
Why we process it
- To complete your purchase and deliver the order.
- To answer questions and handle returns and complaints.
- To keep the accounts, which the law requires.
- To prevent fraud.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform the contract when you buy something, to comply with a legal obligation for bookkeeping, and on the basis of legitimate interest for fraud prevention. Where consent is required, we ask for it.
Stripe
Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your name, email address, delivery address and the amount. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page. We never see or store complete card numbers.
Shipping
Your name and delivery address are passed to the carrier, for example PostNord, so that the parcel can be delivered and traced.
Other providers
The website is hosted by a web hosting provider, and email is sent through a mail provider. They process data on our behalf and only to deliver their service.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as the accounting rules require. Messages and requests that do not lead to a purchase are kept while the matter is open and deleted afterwards.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data outside the EU. Where that happens it is done under the safeguards the data protection rules require.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file the website stores in your browser so that it can remember something between pages, for example what you put in your order.
What this site uses
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeps your order together while you browse, and protects forms against misuse. Set when you visit the site. | Until you close the browser |
| spare_country | Remembers the country you chose in the cart, so you do not have to pick it again. Set only when you choose a country. | One year |
| spare_lang | Remembers the language you chose with the language switch, so the start page opens in it next time. Set only if you use the language switch. | One year |
All three are needed for the shop to work, or to remember a choice you made yourself. None of them is used to follow you across other websites, and none is shared with anyone for advertising. That is why the site does not ask for consent.
Payment with Stripe
When you pay you are sent to Stripe's own payment page. Stripe sets its own cookies there, among other things to detect fraud and to complete the payment. They are set by Stripe and not by this site. How they work is described in Stripe's own cookie policy.
Fonts
The typefaces are hosted on this site itself, so visiting it does not send a request to Google or any other font service.
Links to other sites
The links to Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links. Their own terms and cookies apply only once you click through to them.
Statistics and advertising
The site uses no cookies for visitor statistics or advertising. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask for it first and update this page.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The shop will then not remember your order or your choice of country.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable form where that applies, and to withdraw consent you have given.
Complaints
If you think your data is being handled wrongly you can contact us, and you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
